These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClashGoblin website, the ClashGoblin Discord bot, and the Goblin Bot Discord bot (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Use of the Services
The Services provide Clash of Clans performance analytics and related Discord features. You agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Supercell's terms and fan content policy. You may not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their infrastructure.
Accounts
Some features require signing in with Discord and linking a Clash of Clans player tag. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your access secure.
Paid features
Core tools are free. Certain premium features may be offered for a fee. Where paid features are made available, applicable pricing and payment terms will be presented to you before purchase.
Availability and changes
We provide the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClashGoblin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Game data is sourced from Supercell's API and we do not warrant its accuracy or completeness.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
